Eclipse trumpets are hand built to the highest standards, using the very finest quality component parts and materials. The Eclipse features a unique design of main tuning slide not seen in other trumpets. By moving the tuning slide away from its traditional location as a part of the leadpipe, we believe we have found a solution to the airflow being disturbed between mouthpiece and valve section. Much attention and development has gone into this key part of our design.

With an uninterrupted airflow from mouthpiece to valve section, you will find that a lot more of your energy passes through the instrument rather than into it. This all goes to create an easier blow with greater projection without the extra effort.

The weight, balance and comfort of an instrument to the player are also of great importance so we have gone to great lengths in the development of the Eclipse to ensure that when you pick it up it 'feels right'. With the different size and materials of bells available, the Eclipse is a trumpet that will excel in all areas of trumpet playing from orchestral, through commercial to jazz.
